I had an absolutely wonderful experience during my stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming, professional, and attentive to every detail. The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable, with all the amenities I needed.

Great place for a transit stay, we used it for our last night in Istanbul, fairly close to Marmara Forum Shopping Mall. Rooms were clean, breakfast was good. Bathroom facilities worked well.

The staff was very polite - the receptionist was very helpful with explaining to us all the options for sightseeing, shopping and eating around. The rooms were clean and cozy. The breakfast was varied and delicious.

very nice people, helped us with everything we needed. it is very quiet, no singing at 6am. air conditioner is supremely powerful and does not blow directly at us (wow). Kettle and fridge worked great!

The bathroom was very good, a lot of hot water , clean big towels.The personnel is very polite and friendly. Heating is very strong and it is warm in the room.

my second time stay. The room I stayed in was renovated. I really liked the decoration. the staff is always smiling. It is one of the rare hotels where I stay very comfortable about cleaning.
